IT Company Proact UK Takes Space for Expanding Operation

Broadoak has today announced it has secured another new occupier for Maxim.

IT company Proact UK has acquired a 3,000 sq ft suite at the popular building and will move in immediately. The expanding firm has taken the suite on a short term lease with a view to moving into larger premises, extending to 4,700 sq ft, in Maxim 3 on a five year lease.

Proact, which has six offices in the UK, is Europe’s leading independent storage integrator and cloud services enabler. Operating since 1994, the business helps organisation across the globe reduce risk, reduce cost and deliver flexible, available and highly secure IT services.

Maxim 3 provides a flexible range of open and sub-divisible floors with office suites from 2,000 sq ft. Located at the heart of the Park, Maxim 3 also features a unique mix of retail and leisure facilities. The building is situated close to the main entrance and rests among beautiful ponds, promenades and a feature waterfall.

Darren Cornelius from Proact commented on the firm’s new move: “When choosing our new office, the right location and infrastructure were key decision making factors. Maxim Office Park has provided us with the accessible location we need, a modern and high quality facility with great on-site amenities for our staff and future growth flexibility, all of which are critical to our expanding business.”

Craig Ritchie of Broadoak Asset Management added: “We’ve had a steady flow of new tenant announcements recently with Proact the latest firm to join our impressive occupier line-up. It is testament to our highly accessible location and exceptionally efficient buildings which allow tenants the flexibility to expand operations if need be.”
