The building is situated close to the main entrance and rests among beautiful ponds, promenades and a feature waterfall.
Darren Cornelius from Proact commented on the firm’s new move: “When choosing our new office, the right location and infrastructure were key decision making factors. Maxim Office Park has provided us with the accessible location we need, a modern and high quality facility with great on-site amenities for our staff and future growth flexibility, all of which are critical to our expanding business.”
Craig Ritchie of Broadoak Asset Management added: “We’ve had a steady flow of new tenant announcements recently with Proact the latest firm to join our impressive occupier line-up. It is testament to our highly accessible location and exceptionally efficient buildings which allow tenants the flexibility to expand operations if need be.”
