Quorum Business Park, managed by Broadoak Asset Management, have welcomed Connect Physiotherapy as the first new tenants into the recently launched Lightbox Building.
Connect have taken the whole of the second floor, and their new premises will be their new headquarters, following its relocation from Cramlington, Northumberland. Connects will be bringing 130 staff.
Broadoak Director, Fergus Trim said, ‘We are thrilled to be welcoming Connect to Quorum and hope they will enjoy becoming integrated into life at the park.’
‘The Lightbox has been a considerable investment for Quorum. We recognised the North East market needed a greater flexibility with letting office space amongst the regions businesses for some time so it was the next obvious step for the park to embark of this type of venture.’ said Fergus Trim.
Connect’s Damian Stevenson said ‘Moving into the Lightbox is an exciting milestone for Connect and we are pleased to be the building’s first new tenants. We have been looking for new premises for some time and when we came across the space at Quorum it ticked all the boxes thanks to its excellent facilities and location’.
