One of Scotland’s most-loved brands, Arran Aromatics, has today been confirmed as the latest occupier at Maxim Office Park, Eurocentral, a site managed by Broadoak Asset Management.
Established in 1989, Arran Aromatics produces luxury bath, body and home fragrance products that are all designed, formulated and produced on the Isle of Arran.
The company has acquired a suite extending to 2,077 sq ft within Maxim 3 on a five year lease and will be operational on-site from August 2015. It plans to use the suite as a central office, and will feature a design studio for the creation of new products and a display area for showcasing new product lines to buyers.
Maxim 3 provides a flexible range of open and sub-divisible floors with office suites from 2,000 sq ft. Located at the heart of the Park, Maxim 3 also features a unique mix of retail and leisure facilities. The building is situated close to the main entrance and rests among beautiful ponds, promenades and a feature waterfall. Arran make soaps and body creams infused with original fragrances inspired by the landscape and scents of the island they so loved.
With a focus on global expansion, Arran Aromatics was attracted by Maxim’s strategic central location with its easy access to motorway networks and international airports.
Andrew Russell, Brand Director for Arran Aromatics said: “It is great news we have secured this fantastic new office at Maxim. Our growing business required a modern, high quality space close to transport links that could be used as a central office but also where we could create a display area to promote our product to buyers; Maxim very much fits the bill.”
Craig Ritchie from Broadoak said: “It is great news that we can add Arran Aromatics, a well-known and much-loved brand, to our impressive tenant list. It is a further endorsement of the fantastic space we have on offer at the Park and I am sure the company will find it a fitting home.”
